If you like being able to access Riverside Drive in Fultonville from C7P, Make sure you are clear on where you can or cant ride in the village before heading into it. There is a designated route through the village. The village DPW had put signs up early this season. Today 2-9-09 I put more arrows up. If snowmobiles continue to ride down streets that are not part of the route the village will be closed off. If you don't come out to riverside drive next to Macek's gas station you are on the wrong street. The map and text of the route are and have been posted here on the trails page. Once again I remind rider's, know where your going before you head out on that ride. If you have any questions please ask them in the guest book or call someone from the officers list and ask ahead of time. Those questions could keep or close this trail for good.

New trail news in the Village of Fultonville NY.

Village officials have designated a trail for snowmobilers to gain access to fuel, food and lodging from the C7P (Canal way Trail). The trail can be used when trails are open from 6AM to 10PM 7 days a week. Snowmobiles must stay on the side of the roadways, no sidewalk or lawn ridding will be allowed. Also any ridding off of this designated route could result in prosecution by law enforcement. Until maps and signs are posted on this route please print this info and the map below to be able to follow correctly.

From C7P in Fultonville exit the trail out onto Erie Street, take a left at the street and go aprox 1 block to Main St (30A), take a right under the thruway and take a right onto York St. Follow York St to the t and take a right onto Montgomery St. Go aprox 1 block to the t again and take a left onto Washington St. Follow this street 2 blocks and you will then be out to Riverside Drive. To the right you can access food, fuel stops and lodging. The Thruway exit 28 is also aprox. 450 Ft from this intersection. Please abide by all the rules and regulations to snowmobiling and this trail in particular so it can be used for seasons to come. Be courtious and ride with common sense at all times.
