Some members keep their clubs strong, While others join just to belong! Some volunteer and do their share, While some lie back and just dont't care! On meeting night some always show, While there are others who never go! Some always pay their due's ahead, Some get behind for months instead! Some do their best, some build, some make? Some never do, they just site and take. Some lag behind-some let things go, And never help their group to grow! Some drag- some pull, Some don't-some do! So consider, member Which one are you!
January is here and the temp shows it here around our part of Montgomery County, but the precip. doesn't! We still do not have enough snow on the ground to open our trail system. Trails are mainly done but waiting for snow! Groomers have gotten tons of maint. this year leading up to now, so when snow gets here all three will be ready to go! A huge thank you has got to go out to the small hand full of people that have spent hours and hours helping get the groomers ready to go. The down side to this is there's only a cple of people who have done most of the work. I know sounds like a broken record but it still needs to be said! Club membership is just about at the level it was at the same time last year, club website viewership is up about double of last year, 14,000, thats awsome! When the snow falls our trail updates will start being posted when the groomers go out and hit the trails! Please be sure to check out the different tabs at the top of the page. Info is added to pages all the time. Sometimes only one page gets updated. There is a new tab call law and regulation info, this is a place some of your questions could be answered. Remember as we get closer to cold weather, if you have anything you are looking to get rid of or looking to buy please email the club with the info and we can place it on our classified page. Children out grow winter stuff real quick, why let it hang in the closet, place a classified and make someone happy and put a little extra $ in your pocket.
