ALL CLUB MEETINGS WILL NOW BE HELD ON THE FIRST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH. Location will be the Town of Florida old Town Hall.
Raffle tickets have been out and so far we have 104 sold and turned in. All tickets that are out are due to Sandy before Jan.17th, 2010. AT the very latest they need to be to the town hall by 7AM, so it would be wise to get them to her before then. We have no tickets to sell at the door right now so this is why its so important to get the unsold tickets to her by then! We will be drawing the winners at the Jan. Breakfast. The prizes are- Grand Prize 50" HD flat screen TV 2nd prize $500.00 and 3rd prize will be a WII Entertainment System. Tickets will be $10.00 each. This should be a very succesfull raffle for the club and it depends on everyone helping.
Our Annual Pancake Breakfast will be held on January 17th 2010. Breakfast will be served starting @ 8AM. Adults will be 7.00, children 3.00. There will door raffles and also the drawing of the annual raffle winners. If you can help in any way contact Sandy Mead or be at the Town Hall on Ft Hunter Rd at 7AM on the 17th! Help is always welcome.
